PLEASE HELP: Different temperatures in my homemade incubator

Thanks a lot to both for your replies, i just looked a little about the dry hatch, is better dry hatch? Why should i do dry hatch, does it mean without any humidity?
And i want to instal a pc fan of 6v or 12 in my incubator, so is it better dry hatch when there is a fan? Is it obliged?

People have been having better luck with dry hatches because the chicks aren't as likely to have extra fluid, and drown when they do their internal pip. Dry, does not really mean dry! It's reduced humidity for the first 18 days. You'll have to read up on it and then make your own decisions. A fan helps to provide an even temperature throughout the incubator, and is not really related to the decision to dry hatch. Good luck.
