Update: duckling did not make it. It was perfectly formed in shell. Think the little guy broke a blood vessel and it bleed out inside the shell.
5 of the little runners are perfect. 1 still in the incubator. Pipped in wrong area, made hole for him to breathe, leaving him alone until he's ready.
