PLEASE HELP! Drake duck ASAP

Hey everyone, I need help with my drake he has a prolapsed phallus (penis) and we just noticed it today. But the strange thing is that in every other forum I see, it looks normal but I think he has something else going on too. His vent around the area looks black and hard. Any suggestions? We are very worried and want him to be healthy. Please help!!

Are you still dealing with this issue? Came across your post researching a prolapsed vent in one of my chickens and came across your post. I’ve successfully dealt with prolapsed phallus with one of my ducks - so if you’re still in need of advice let me know and I’m happy to share.

I came across your post and would very much like advice. I noticed today my youngest drake has a prolapsed phallus. I brought him in and cleaned him up in epsom salt bath now. I would like to try the sugar recipe have no idea what to do.
