Sounds like wry neck to me too. It's most common in silkies and polish, but ANY breed can get it. It can be caused by a vitamin deficiency, and it's usually treated by giving certain vitamins. I think it's mainly vitamins B and E, but I'm not sure. Poly-Vi-Sol infant vitamin drops (without iron) are often used as treatment. I wish I had more information for you. I haven't had personal experience with wry neck, but I've read many success stories about it here on BYC.
