PLEASE HELP !!! Duckling looks like stomach is on outside of body!!!

I had a duckling hatch yesterday morning and it looks like his stomach is on the outside of his body ... he is trying to move and occasionally peeping please help

Do you have a picture? Maybe it's just the fluids from the egg, or something's really wrong...

I'm pretty sure those are just his fluids that come from the eggs. Just make sure he's in the incubator or a brooder so he can warm up. In a day or two, it'll dry out and fall off. Don't take it off if there's still blood flowing and possibly could make him bleed out

He is really lethargic and not getting up on his feet is that ok

Did he JUST hatch?.. Because then it's totally normal

It's totally normal for them to rest after hatching because it's a lot of work.

Did you try helping him out of the shell?

Some gunk is normally left in the shell, but that pic looks like more than the normal amount to me. I could be mistaken. It definitely did not completely absorb its yolk, so I would have suggest leaving its butt in the bottom of the shell for protection, and immobilize it so that it doesn’t do any more harm by pulling it out further or rupturing anything.
If you don’t still have the egg shell, you could try a small bowl, as small as you can find for the size of the duckling. Definitely keep it on something dry and clean.
