PLEASE HELP EGG SHELLS STUCK IN HEN!

Please help me! My chicken was egg bound so I did all these remedies to try and help her but shes only gotten worse. I gave her a epsom salt sits bath for 20 minutes . I tried to feed her some yogurt but she refused. I massaged her abdomen from top to bottom. I put her in a dark quiet place. I even stuck mi finger in her bum. I got some yolk and poop out but I didnt feel any shells at all. She was also bleeding. Her stomach is swollen, red, and warm. What can I do? I love her and don't want to lose her!

From whence is she bleeding? What medications do you have on hand? Any antibiotics?

I'm sorry your hen is not doing well. Do you have vet care?

Your title says egg shells stuck in hen, but then you mention that you didn't feel any shells at all upon internal examination?
Does she have a broken egg shell inside her?

Does she have a prolapsed vent?
If you have photos of her, her vent and poop that may help.

Is she lethargic?

I'm assuming she has the shell stuck in there since i was able to take out some egg yolk. I dont have any medications available. This is my first time handling a hen. I have no idea what to do.
