Hey yall this is Clyde I went out to take the birds some fresh greens and noticed his comb. is this fowl pox? I also have one hen that has a infected looking spot on her comb? if it is fowl pox what can I do?? or could it be something else? thanks so much for all the advice!

Kind of looks like the start of pox. You can use straight betadine/iodine on the spots to help them dry out quicker and to prevent infection. They should clear up in about 3 weeks or so. Pox is a nuisance and looks aesthetically unpleasing, but it usually passes pretty quickly with few complications. And your birds will be partially immune to it from this point forward, meaning they will never get it as badly as they get it this time again.

Good luck.

Thank you CMV for the positive news! I will get some betadine/iodine tomorrow!
