Please help gender and breed me

Oh they are so tiny & cute! No idea on the boy vs girl thing. Heck, I was in denial about the one of ours that turned out to be a boy right until he crowed. Sigh......

Bet this has been asked billions of times but help!
I was given two fluffy chicks as a present from my neighbours but I speak English and them spanish so communication is abit iffy!!
Now the chicks are young chickens and I am sure bbq is a rooster?? The morning he/she made a loud noise..not a crow as such just a loud ""craaaa" but i known hens to be loud to.. so is it a he/she?? And what breed Is it?? I am told that there little pretty chickens with big puffy tails?? And there approximately 16 weeks old..give or take a couple of weeks.. the pictures are of bbq..my other chicken is snow-white bit im sure she's a she.
