Under the circumstances, I would just but the antibiotics in the water. It's not going to bother the other, maybe a little diarrhea.

wow i wonder if a chicken can live with its ovarys out, becuase what could have caused them to come out and enternal tear, in that case what for maggots or flys around the vent area, my choice would be to bring her inside, incase of infection.?

Baytril (enrofloxacin) is a broad spectrum antibiotic tablet...you usually need a prescription from a vet but I have been able to get it from Foy's Pigeon Supply in small tablets for my bantams. You could try it and double up on the dosage. You just pop the pills down their throat twice a day. It is a bit pricey though.

Well, I just checked Foy's to get the link and they have discontinued selling it. Don't know if there is anywhere else you can get it. Does anyone know?
