Please forgive my ignorance.... PenG?? Where can I get this? TSC??

PenG procaine is penicillin.
it's usually widely available at most farm/feed stores.
tho some might keep it in their frig.. so ask for it. and syringes.

JMHO..but this loss of repro organs can be caused by an infection that might have been going on for a long time. Symptoms would have been subtle..not overly obvious.
The PenG might work, but you might need a broader spectrum antibiotic, such as Baytril.
whenever an antibiotic is used, it should be followed
up with a probiotic.

Thanks everyone....Eve seems to be doing just fine. She is eating...drinking..and even fly's up on the roost at night. She seems a little depressed..I think because the other 2 hens wont let her brood the nest. Poor gal. She does seem to be healthy tho...thanks again everyone!!

I'm glad she is seeming okay! Did you put her on antibiotic?
Hope she's happy again soon. Maybe treats and warm sunshine will do the trick. Maybe add a homepathic for depression.......

Wow, what an amazing deal!
Sure am glad that she is doing better. Hope she continues to improve.
I recently had to give my little rooster antibiotic, (our puppy got a hold of him and nearly skinned the poor little guy). I discovered that he loves grapes. I sliced the grape crosswise and put the antibiotic in the grape. He would come running for it and gobble the whole thing up. And I knew he got the full dose.

Eve is doing great!! She is talking to me again.

She is eating.....flapping her wings in the sunshine...and all around, I think she will be ok!
Thanks everyone. I would never have made it through this without you all.

Wow - that's great. Good for her and you! I wondered if she or any hen could survive without her repro organs. Now she can live her life and just enjoy being a chicken. (without the egg thing) She can give you gifts in many other ways!
