Please help! Hatching chick not fully out of the shell

A few weeks ago I decided I should try to incubate my hens eggs so I added a few eggs that my Hen had laid into my incubator and just yesterday it pipped out a small hole out of the egg and it’s been like that for two full days and I’m not sure If I should help it out or leave it in? I’m hoping you guys could help me out. Thanks
