The Nutri-Drench has Vitamin E and Selenium in it which may help. The going backward could be due to the ear infection or it could be a neurological symptom of Wry Neck.

Do the best you can to keep her drinking and eating. If you can have the vet see her that would be best. Have them run a fecal float as well.

I got home tonight and her food and water were almost completely untouched and she was almost completely catatonic and I thought it was over.
But I got a few drops of sugar water in her and a few drops of the solution and then I just let her lay on me for like an hour.
Then I put her back with her food and she ate a few bites, and then I got her to start drinking a little bit of the solution and now she's just been non-stop drinking it for a while. Thats a good sign right? She appears to be a lot more alert. Her poop is still the green and white though
I also made her a scrambled egg and she ate a little bit of that.

I'm not sure if it's relevant but I think all of this has been a long time coming.
She is the smallest of the chicks now because she has barely grown in the last month or so and always seemed kind of sleepy. But not enough to seem super abnormal I just assumed she was just the runt since she was born the smallest too, she would still run around and come see me when I went in there and jump up on my lap but then it was just always nap time and looked kind of groggy and out of it a little. It wasn't until the last week and in particular the last couple of days that she started really deteriorating.
I wish I would have known more and recognized the signs earlier

Sorry for your troubles. All you can do is give your chick the best chance to make it. which you clearly are doing. Sadly some will not thrive, truly hope your's makes it.

That is a decision only you can make. She is a sweet looking bird, and it must be heartbreaking for you.

Post # 13 makes me think maybe she was just not destined to make it, from your video she doesn't appear to be in too much distress and appears to be comforted by you. I am no expert. Why not wait and see if wyorp rock has any more advice for you. If she were siffering the decision would be more urgent

Last video - They are so cute. What kind and how old?

Im really not sure, I was told what the rooster was but I forgot and the hens are not all the same I think. The story is my landlord's where I have lived for the last few years have chickens for eggs and every year they get a few fertilized ones from a friend and then they hatch here and become part of the flock. But this year apparently the other chickens were mistreating the babies and when the first one was born at the end of May which is the big one in the video they were like hey can you take care of this chick and I was like ok sure? And then one became three and three became four and four became five with the others being born in mid June or so. And they were basically raised in my room for the first month or so and I still go out and spend time with them everyday and then they'll ride around on my shoulder and stuff
