Please Help: Hen Unwell, Blood in stool, sneezing, throaty clucking

Hello all,

I am a newbie to chicken keeping, had hand raised 5 chicks but lost 4 on vacation to a predator, so I'm trying to find flock-mates for my one girl (19wks old). Heart is still sore from this. Went to a swap meet last Sunday and picked up two chocolate orpingtons, said to be just over a year old. Noticed when we got home that there was a bloody stool. Noticed one more spot this week, and again today (pic on crate bottom so I could see better), then this morning I saw one hen, ruffled feathers, sneeze like crazy spraying it all about, and now her right eye is swelling shut. I'm not sure what to do about all of this, won't buy from a swap ever again. Concerned for her, her crate mate, and what disease might be with her for life and pass on to my one girl IF I can get her better. Please help!

This doesn't really capture the colors well in the shade, but there are two red blood spots and my oh my do these gals poo smell worse than any!

Are these new birds completely seperate (like inside) from your birds?
Cull and bury/burn the new birds.

Another question, I was quarantining another new hen in a separate crate stacked on top of this one, separated by a drop cloth. Would she be a loss too? Or is it more of a watch and wait with that one?

Move them farther, asap, like in house or the farthest corner away from your hen.
Any birds that have been around this one are highly suspect.
Symptoms don't always show from disease but they can still be carriers for life.
I'm sorry, I'd cull all new birds.

Unfortunately , when buying birds from unknown sources, they can be carrying a number of chronic and contagious diseases. Usually, they can look fine until a stress event triggers Symptoms, like being taken to a new environment.

If it was just coccidiosis, that's easily treatable but the sneezing and eyes is a strong indicator of contagious disease like coryza more mycoplasma.

You can attempt to treat them with antibiotics but they'll always be carriers. I'm very sorry.
