*****Please Help***** I don't know what is wrong!!!

Last week, one of my chickens started losing her feathers on her head. I thought she was just molting, then I start seeing scars, so I start keeping a closer eye on her. The next day I see other chickens pecking on her everytime she trys to get food or water. So then, I sperate her from the flock so she won't get picked on. I have her in a temporary set up pin(10x10). I have a tarp over head for sheter and protection from hawks, I keep plenty of fresh water and food in there, and even some corn(for treats). Well I didn't want her to be lonely so I put with her the chicken I got her with, then I start noticing that one picking on her too, so I put in one of my younger hens, they were fine. Acctually she could dominate over the younger hen. So I have been giving her tuna for protein latley so I could get her healthy enough to put her back in the flock. Now, recently she has just been getting worse and worse---WHAT DO I DO?!?
Please help me and my baby!!

what do you do about the other chickens pecking on the one, or how to heal the injury?

I spereate her from the other hens. I was hoping it would heal on its own. Now she isn't even laying!?

Ok, so there is something else going on. What else can you tell us. How are her droppings? Is she standing normally or all hunched and puffy? Any discarges? Any sneezing, coughing, wheezing? How hot has it been?

You say she isn't laying..have you checked to make sure that she isn't egg bound? Internal laying problems?

Dewormed? Lice/mites?
