Please help identify this bird

Hi,

I found this girl (guy?) in an isolated industrial warehouse complex on Sunday. Anyone recognize the breed/ gender? Will it lay eggs? It seems like it's lived around people, it came to me when I called it.

I agree - definitely a game / game mix hen. She should be laying now, looks old enough.
