I was going to suggest Ancona, black Australorp, or black Jersey Giant according to the identification link posted.. but now see that I haven't yet referenced what's actually available at Mc Murray to give a better educated guess.. yet.. but, clean legged, 4 toes, straight comb.. looks non crested or bearded, best I can see... for informational clue type purposes.

It's from McMurray, and I can't find that breed on their website. So unless it's a new breed that is not yet available to buy, probably not.
