9 Week old -- and I'm struggling to tell. We're only keeping one Cockerel and I need to know if this is a Pullet or not -- her clutch mate, another EE which I bought at the same time, is a Cockerel for sure and is already crowing/mounting the other pullets. This one does NOT behave in that manner at all.

Thanks in advance for anyone willing to give it a go, I appreciate the help so much!

I'm saying cockerel:(. In my experience when you have more than one roo in a pen together one will take the dominant role and the other will be less dominant because that role has already been filled. Let other people with more experience than me chime in though!

I had a couple people saying pullet in comparison to the *definite* cockerel EE I have here:

Because they are the exact same age and the comb is a lot less red, less pronounced and less pink.

BUT - I'm still feeling like Amelia/Chuck (the white one) is a Cockerel.

I put them back with the pullets today and its definitely more drama. I'm going to re-separate and have just George and this nebulous white 9 week old be together in the tractor for the time being.
