Please Help Is this a plymouth?

sorry post is so big just trying to give best pics i can for identification i think the store told me it was a plymouth i also have a barred plymouth but they just look so different i cant believe they are the same breed just a diff. color
this is the chick when it was little i think around a month? between the white "eyeliner" look she has by her eye and her golden necklace i think "Cleo" short of Cleopatra fits her great

this is her around 3 months or so notice the golden stripes around her neck theres a lot more of it in the front that looks like a golden dangly necklace

She's a black sexlink, and a cute one. :) She will continue to get gold around her neck, and possibly even over her entire head. They are excellent layers, don't get broody often. Lucky you! One of mine is pictured in my avi.

Thank You Thank U thank u heh ive looked on websites forever and was just gonna write her off as another Plymouth till i found this site thanks for the extra info too i cant wait to get my first egg your girls are beautiful 2 it almost matches one of the poses i got in my album all 4 under the walk board gotta love pics
 
Your pullet is a black sex link, for sure.


The breed you are talking about is Plymouth Rock. The color variety is barred.

yay thanks everybody for the quick answers, im so excited i have 4 chicks and i thought they were 3 different breeds now i know that i have 4 different breeds

a golden comet, a barred plymouth,a black sexlink and a white leggern, and to think when i picked them out i knew nothing about breed and just wanted one of every color
