Please help!! Is this a roo?

I got 4 chicks a few weeks ago. All different breeds. From day 1 my Speckled Sussex was acting different that the others, slightly bigger, thicker legs, erect posture, kinda bossy. Her tail feathers were slower to come in and her cheep sound is louder and more squarky. Now here comb has grown much more than my other 3

At first I thought it was just a breed difference, but she’s now 4 weeks and the differences are more pronounced. Any thoughts? I will be heartbroken if she’s a Roo as we won’t be able to keep him.

That's a lot of comb for a 4 week old. I'm voting cockerel, sorry.
 
Yes, way too much comb at week 4, especially for a sussex. Likely male. If you post more pictures, have the bird stand by itself, because it is hard to see everything when it is held.
 
Thank you! I will post a pic of him/her standing once I get home from work. Feeling really blue about this. Calling around some local farms to see if they can take a Roo.
