Please help - It’s day 23 of incubation

Please help - It’s day 23 of incubation three hatched on day 21 and there is one left. I have just candled and there is a huge air sack, there is veins but couldn’t see any movement. I think there is a small pip at the wrong end. Should I give more time or do you think I should take out of the incubator and let it go or see if I can help it?

Can you get a pic of the pip? I would probably at least open up the air cell to get an idea of what's going on. Look for veins. If it's day 23 I would help before it's too late. But that's just me.

It’s the tiniest of chips. The air sack is the other side, how would I go about opening it up?? Thank you

Just so you know I ended up assisting and the chick was completely developed and couldn’t see anything wrong (the bit I thought was a pip wasn’t) but just no life at all. Real shame. Thank you for your advice
