PLEASE HELP ME! 7 week old chick not lifting head.

Hello, please to all I need help.
My 11 week old chick has been super healthy and she acted normally (eats a lot and drinks, lots of attitude and energy too) but we bought her when she was 6 weeks old, and she was hand-sized, her sister which we bought with her was the same age and family, she was also hand-sized. But now at 11 weeks the second sister (Buffy) is 3 times the size she used to be, but the other one (Lemon) is still hand-sized at 11 weeks old but nothing seemed wrong until today.

I went to check in on them today, and Lemon is hanging her head low and she is not able to hold it up, she also has these little... Seizures? She would hang her head on the floor and move around fast with her head on the floor. We know that she has been eating out of the big laying chicken feed because she lives with bigger chicken so she eats what is in front of her but she has her own chick starter feed. The big ones like to peck at them and run after them, but the small chicks do have somewhere to hide. (And Lemon would only stop hanging her head low if she is eating otherwise she will stay in that position.)
Please someone help me! What do I do????? What is wrong????

If she's not growing it could be possible she has a dwarf gene, which usually have health problems and shorter life. Do you have any pictures of them? I don't think it is a feed problem if her sister is eating the same, though it may be a good idea to have an all flock feed since you have a mixed age flock and have oyster shell available for the layers.

She has most likely been injured by one of the bigger chickens.
You should get her awn from them asap, and offer Nutri Drench to start.

Here is a picture of them today, Lemon and her sister. I do have oyster shells for the big ones. And I will research dwarf genes. And in case you needed to know, the small one, Lemon is a Lemon Orpington, and the big one, Buffy is a Buff Orpington. Thank you.

Wow, with a size difference so great and no difference in how they are being raised I would heavily lean towards a dwarf chick or some other genetic condition. Do you have a pic of her head?

@speckledhen might have more info for you if she is a dwarf, she has some experience with it.

I don't think so, when we bought her the people told us she wasn't. But if she is would she need any different "care"? I was also wondering how much vitamin E to give to Lemon, most people said to give her vitamin E. So how would we give it to her and how much?

I had a chicken like this it was a easter egger. it did not make it sadly but it has somthing to do with mixed genes and dwarf genes
