So, I thought I would order the NR 360, but then it was out of stock on incubator warehouse :( Then I thought about it more, and decided to get the Hovabator genesis, so I added racks and calculated shipping, and the order total ends up being $287.36 which, isn't terrible but my mom said that there could be some other charges since it's coming from the states, like import charges or something. And she said that could be anywhere from $10 - $200. She said it doesn't always happen, but I'm not sure I want to take that chance.

So... yeah

Wow, that is waaaay too much for a Hovabator. I don't like them enough to pay that price. I'm just being honest. I would go with NR360 or even Brinsea if you're paying those prices. I don't have any experience with RComs but they're supposed to be really nice as well. Maybe see if that brand is more readily available near you.

Ok, but the prices might be different where you are  I would probably get a NR 360 but they are either out of stock, or too expensive. Well, I found one on amazon for $311.47 & free shipping. I would be fine with buying the Hovabator, if I knew there wouldn't be import charges or whatever they're called

I have purchased things from Canada and the conversion from Canadian dollar to US is $1CAD - $0.79USD (this just recently went up again, it was $0.75USD just a few months ago and $0.76USD last month...but that doesn't apply to this. lol)

So you're correct that there is a difference in price. $311.47 to you, is $244.59 to me.

Here is a website that ships to Canada. Their prices are comparable to Tractor Supply, $149.99USD so about $191.00CAD. Says it will be back in stock in 3 days but will allow you to purchase now. I hope that helps!
