Please Help Me Decide What Breed My 4th chick should be.

The blue eggs are mint flavoured. Fact.

LOL.

I would go with the Silver Lace or the Patridge Rock. I am a little bias though on the Rocks. We have a farm that is pretty much all Barred Rocks and they are hilarious. I have a hen that tries to hord all the eggs and she throws a fit if you take them. :) I tried to get some Easter Eggers and that did not turn out well. I made the mistake by getting them from a feed store that was selling them and the one I brought were supposed to be pullets and all but one was a Roo and the hen ended up dying. I might try this year buy hatching some if I buy any from BYC.

For friendly, quiet bird I would go with Blue Cochin!!!!! Our's is the nicest chicken in a coop of 9 (EEs, sex linked, ameraucanas and production reds). And as for the minty egg post........our's taste like our brown eggs.....sorry no mint here!

I would go with either a Barnevelder or a Partridge Rock. Barnevelders are very docile, gorgeous, good layers and aren't particularly loud. Partridge Rocks are very similar but I found them to be quite bossy/sassy! Either would be a good choice

I know it's not on your list, but I would go with a light brahma, they are incredibly cute as chicks ( The one on the left in my picture is an LB) and I have heard they are very docile as adults. They are pretty good brown egg layers

I would go with the silver lace as that would add some color to your flock or the easter egger which would also add color to your flock as well as your eggs. If your lucky to get an easter egger that lays blue or green eggs.

TabbyChickens, I had considered a Light Brahma because I liked the feathering on their feet, they are attractive.
I like the idea of minty eggs!

I have three other chickens that will lay brown eggs and my Dad can have those. If only I could get three: Barnvelder, Partridge Rock, and Easter Egger, but that may result in a divorce.

Hey that chicken math is real!

Thanks everyone for your input. Sounds like I can't go wrong with any of those breads.
