Honestly I would not worry about it (other than, as everyone says, having no further contact with this person). You could mention it to the police if you are worried, of course.
But all they have is your phone and address and email, right? I don't see what they can possibly do with that -- after all, the phone book provides names, addresses and telephone numbers for almost everyone, and it is not real challenging to get email addresses to go with some of those either. If' you're extra concerned about bank accounts or credit cards or whatever that have your email addy as personal information, you might contact those companies and change the email addy to something different. But I really don't see that any harm is likely. This person will just move onto the next potential victim, you know?
