Please Help Me! Glendale AZ

Per Glendale City code, chickens are allowed in A1 zoned areas, and RR and SR zoned areas. They currently aren't allowed in R1 zoned areas but it has nothing to do with them being farm animals. It's basically the opinion of the Zoning Administrator that they shouldn't be allowed.

Yeh im in Glendale Arizona and last time i checked the limit for me was 12 and no roos but ill check my zone right now cause i dont remember

If that is your district; poultry is not permitted.

You can look up your zoning code online--it is mentioned in an earlier message in this thread. The code lists permitted uses and permitted accessory uses for each district. Yours doesn't list poultry, wheras some of the others do. Somewhere in the earlier administrative stuff it says that unless it a thing is listed as an allowed use, it is prohibited.
