Please help me kill this ermine-nothing is working!

So I ordered a set of 6 of the snapping weasel traps & will lay them all around the coop. I put plywood over most of the window and I am hoping that does the trick. They are back outside in their coop & hoping I don’t find dead birds in the morning!

They make snake shot for handguns. Basically a small shotgun shell that fits my .38. Easier to carry around than a shotgun and less collateral damage. Little bugger sure is cute though.

Brazen little bugger, isn't he? I hope your traps work. As far as how he may be getting in - what type of flooring do you have in your coop? Could he be coming up through a hole in the floor?
