Please Help Me- My Little Ancona Duckling is in Big Trouble!!!

So SiCK...!

DOB: 4/29/13

My duckling has lost it's sense of coordination, cannot walk,is panting inside in the a/c, and bill is extremely hot to the touch. Sudden onset of symptoms- just after placing outdoors this morning.

Any contribution, information will be appreciated!

I should add that my little girl (at least I think it is a girl) has normal poop as far as the eye can see, definitely no blood, and is eating and drinking.
