those hackles are mighty pointy but the comb is so small and pale, I'm gonna make a wild guess and say it's a pullet.

From what I can see it looks like a pullet. A better picture of the where saddle feathers would be would help.

hackles aren't pointed it's the color pattern

can you get a clear shot of the saddle area (base of the tail) at this age the long slender pointed saddles should be coming in. now the hackles could be pointed but due to the color pattern can't tell. currently with those pics she looks like a she
