Please help me stop eating chocolate!!!

I never have liked chocolate, I am glad I don't, it is everywhere.

While at the store in the candy isle, loading my cart with copious amounts of chocolate, I met a very sweet little old lady. We struck up a conversation over what kind of chocolate was real yummy. It was she who told me it was on the news that dark chocolate lowers your cholesterol. The higher the cacao content the lower the sugar. They even have bars that are 90% cacao, allthough they are very bitter. She explained that her hubby and herself had lowered their cholesterol so much by eating 1 piece after dinner, that their doctor was shocked. So that confirmed it for me, that chocolate is the 5th basic food group, and should make sure I get my fair share of all 5 groups.

I think I will go have some now.

I pack them up for my husband to take on the road.In the home they WILL be eaten.

I do love a bit of hot chocolate in my coffee.
