Please help me with my chickens eye!

Hi there,
I have a rhode island white and she has had some trouble with her eye for the past few months. She was at a dirty old barn for a while and her eye was in the back of her head. I took her home and she got free range quite often, and a saline solution rinse and warm rag to her eye once or twice a day. She has a ‘sister’ and she has no signs of any sickness. her other eye is perfectly fine and she’s eating fine but sometimes she will be free ranging and I will catch her just with her eyes closed I’m not sure if she sleeping or not when she does that Please help! I don’t know what to do!please help!

I have no experience with that breed of chicken but I bought a stag with a poorly eye and I just kept it clean plenty of fresh air and care my stag was fine after about 2weeks
