Please help me with my sick chicken.

I need help, it's like my chicken is paralyzed only moving her head sometimes. We soaked her in warm water with soap and warm water with epsem salt while rubbing her thinking maybe she was egg bound but she is still the same. It seems like she is trying to push it out but I don't know what to do. Is there something else that could be going on?

We just noticed last night. I was gone for a few days so I'm not sure if she was acting weird before. I've tried to feed her and put the tip of her beak in water to drink but she won't do anything

She is about 5 years old and she does lay eggs. We brought 3 new chicks home maybe 2 months ago... do you think she got something from them?

She is a Rhode Island Hen. And she is about 5 years old.
