Please help my baby chicken:(

This is my first time hatching little chickens and the second one to be born is bleeding. I’ll attach a picture. What can I do? What did I do wrong ?

Treat it by dabbing some antibiotic ointment on the umbilicus. The chick has maybe a 50-50 chance of surviving. Give it sugar water and Poultry Nutri-drench to help it fight off the infection. Keep it warm (in the incubator) and give it drops of sugar water every few hours until you see it gain strength and act normal.
