PLEASE HELP MY BIRDS HAVE TICKS

Really worried as i have just noticed little black ticks on all my birds.. On eyelids and combs how can i treat them

Are they ticks? Do you have a picture? Do they move or are they stationary?

No photos as i cant upload them i tried but no luck they are ticks i think they have their heads buried into the skin

Can you catch the chickens to remove them?

Your thread caught my attention and I did a search. From what you describe they might be fleas instead of ticks.
Does it look like this?

Yes but there are 100s of ticks and 8 chickens

That's what they look like but black not brown and when you scratch them they don't move

Poor chickens just checked my dogs they have them too i have 3 x week old chicks too

You can use the puppy spray on the chicks as well.
