please help my booted is sick

I need help one of my booted babies acts like she has a cold. I live in Alabama and its is extremely hot in the day and cold in the mornings. She started looking sick yesterday I thought it was the heat. Are these chickens okay for outdoors? What kind of feed do I need to feed them? and should this be separate from the other chickens? She sounds like her nose is almost stoped up. Most of my chickens sound this way? I have bantums too. Please help. 3Xgranny at [email protected]
