Please help!!! my chicken has an eye injury!

I went to our chicken yard today and found my bantom hen crushed under a ramp that had fallen on top of her. When I pulled her Out I noticed a yellow cloudy jelly substance leaking from her eye. I did not notice any blood, but her eye is very swollen. I am so worried that her eye perforated! Please helP!
