Please help! My chickens have been getting worse by the hour

Ok, so we're gonna put some antibiotic ointment or spray on them. Then I'm going to get them chicken saddles and new stuff for the coop. Then I'm going to replace their feed or add more to it. And I'm also going to place a camera in the coop so we can find the culprit and separate her.
Thank you all for the help :D
Sounds like a good plan. 👍

My chickens have been not so good lately I'm going to try to take them to a vet soon. At first, my chickens for a while now only had little pieces of their feathers missing all over the bodies. But just around 4 days ago they suddenly got bald spots and every time I go in their its worse. I see a tiny bald spot under the wings and on the back (and now it's on the neck too). Their weird brown tuff skin thing on some parts of the bald spots I think its dried blood. There are also pink and light blue spots on some of one of my chicken's bald spots. Every day it gets worse. I'm really scared and I don't know what's happening I've been trying to get my family to take them to the vet or let me call a sanctuary for help but they're always busy. Does anyone know what's happening and how I can help them? Also, there is not a single feather in the coop so I think the chickens eat them. I've been also seeing more little scabs on the combs for about a month or 2 now when the feathers started looking weird. I think it might be mites, malnourishment, or cannibalism but I'm not sure they were fine just a few days ago.
UPDATE: There still losing feathers but they have gotten better I found that there was a cannibal among them. I have separated her but she keeps escaping from time to time. I'm going to use pinless peepers soon. Thank you all for the help I tried every one of your recommendations :D.

How are they housed? What are you feeding them that you’re worried about malnutrition? Do they free range? Why bar you thinking cannibalism? Have you seen them pecking at each other?
They free range we feed them very good food and give them extra treats and veggies, I know now its cannibalism (Because there was nothing else wrong with them). At first they didn't peck each other while I was around now they do it more often and more aggressive so I had to separate the cannibals'.

UPDATE: Instead of using pinless peepers we kept the 3 cannibal hens (or not really cannibals they just pecked and ate other hens feathers a lot) separated for along time (we split the run with a fence) away from the rest of the flock then brought them (the 3 hens) to a new farm with other hens where they can free range and have fun and also meet a new flock. The place we sent them too only use's hens for eggs so they wont be slaughtered. :D
