im trying to regulate it at 90.. its going between 93 on one to 88 on the other..

Cocci vaccines are only effective against certain strains of the disease. Are they mucking about in the dirt, though? If they have not been exposed to ground yet, then that is unlikely. And in Maine, this time of the year, I am hoping this is unlikely. (I am in NH. We still have a good foot of snow or ice pack covering most of the ground. Not suitable for chicks unless they are under a broody.)

You can if they will drink it. Unlikely. Eggcessive has a good mix posted. You will likely have better luck with that.
