PLEASE HELP MY CHICKS ARE DYING ONE BY ONE!!

No, I started with Dumors Feed and switched to the BS Organic when it came in, they have been on it since Saturday. I mixed it as to not make a big change.. I also have Quail chicks in another brooder eating the same food and they are doing just fine. I have regular bedding shavings from Tractor supply on the brooder floor.

What is wrong with the lamp?? Get them out of the brooder

Where should I put them?

So sorry for you this is so strange I have never in my life seen a chick just twitch flap and die like that so fast???

You've got to start eliminating possible causes. Put them in a box on paper towels and find another light/heat source. Do you have a heating pad?

Chicks have been on this organic feed since Saturday and first death occurred on Sunday? Stop feed, remove from brooder and place them somewhere else. Check your heat lamp,is there a serial number on bulb or box bulb came in,what is holding lamp in place. When did you purchase chicks?

Take the food from the quail as well until you can find the cause.

I took them out of the brooder and put them in totes with paper towels over shelf liner so they don't slip.. I think I may be losing 2 more but we'll see. I gave them water and did give them food. THe food smells fine and my little quail that are only a few days older are doing fine so I don't think its the food. Maybe it is something in the brooder.. It was made from an old dresser that was outside so maybe it has mold in it that I cant see. We'll see what the morning brings. Thank you all for your help and advice.
