Please help! My dog has weird bump

That is hopefully a cyst, but as everyone else has told you, only a vet can tell you for sure. There is a possibility that it could be a soft tissue sarcoma. Either way, I would have it removed, as even benign cysts can become huge, making removal much more complicated or even impossible.
Is there a reason your dog isn't spayed? At 7 years old, she runs a real risk of developing pyometra, which will become a real life threatening and very expensive emergency. Please talk to your vet about that too.

Agreed with everyone else- get her to a vet. That lump needs a biopsy. Could be a sebascious cyst (blocked, infected oil gland) or could be more serious.
The vet should be able to give you something to kill the fleas and eggs that remain. You may also need to treat her bedding
Good luck

She sleeps on our couches, we don't have a crate for her... does that matter?

Her mom had never been spayed and we weren't educated on the whole 'spay' thing. I have been researching more about the problems and risks she could of had, when I was younger my mom also wanted to breed her with our cousins WGS but we didn't. Now I have been the one thinking about the whole thing, we got most of the mites out but the fleas are to big of a problem. Yes, I did do research on her before we got her, we never researched if they needed to be spayed or not.

No, but you might try flea busters powder and treat your whole house. It's a very effective, non-toxic powder that is guaranteed to work. I have used it several times, and the fleas are gone within a month, as it needs time to kill all the lifecycles. Its messy, but SOOO worth the money. You can find it on Amazon or at Fleabusters.com.

Thanks, we have been using flea bombs.. something like that.. are those not effective?

Something to talk about with the vet. I believe that flea eggs can stay in furniture but fleas need the dog’s blood to feed. Perhaps the dogs treatment will solve the problem. somehow I missed that she hadn’t been spayed. Unspayed females are much more prone to bumps, lumps and tumors. Please get her looked at to solve the fleas problem and diagnose the bump.

Yes, It wouldn't be humane if I didn't.. I wouldn't torture her like that she has always been family. Thanks.

Not in my experience. The products work differently. Fleabusters powder has residual effect for 1 year, as the powder residue remains in your carpet, floor crevices, furniture, wherever you put it, and kills fleas on contact by dessicating them. Sprays and bombs need to be reapplied every couple of weeks for at least 3 months to kill all the lifecycles, and have no residual effect.
As a vet tech for 25 years, I feel like I have experienced every product out there. I use the Fleabusters powder. To kill fleas on the actual dog, I would use a cap star tablet and Bravecto, which lasts for 3 months. Vectra is also a really good product, IMO, but only lasts for a month. Both require a prescription.
The stuff you are likely to get without a prescription is not likely to work very well.

I buy our cat and dogs heartworm and flea medicine from www.petshed.com. They have anything you can get from your vet at a much lower price and no prescription needed. They are out of New Zealand so it may take a week or two to get the meds.
