Please help my hen

Hi and welcome to BYC. I’d suggest separating the chicks completely from the coop and continuing to provide them with the heat lamp, food and water.

Some first-time broody pullets / hens are not the best mothers.
:welcome :frow I agree with @Pork Pie. The broody will adapt pretty quickly. Good luck and have fun...

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
The chicks are old enough that she wants them to roost. Do you have a ramp up to the roosts? How high up is she? How much space is on the roost?
She is very high up it’s a big pen there is enough room on roost for atleast 10 hens, today when I checked on er she was down with the chicks and seems to be sitting on them again so idk what’s happening with her !

Hello, and welcome to BYC. When you say she 'lost' some chicks, did they die or were they killed by a predator? Try providing a lower roost so that the chicks can access it.
I ended up taking the roost away by ‘lost’ I mean she went out for a walk around the farm and when I came back half of them where gone
