Please help need advice asap with lockdown humidity in my Genesis 1588 hova-bator

Well we have 2 eggs pipped on day 20, 7 to go. Finally decided to leave the bator alone and hope for the best. Did call GQF to question them about humidity during hatch. They were very helpful on the phone but I was a little surprised that they recommended between 58 and 62 percent.
