PLEASE HELP! NEED ADVICE! PLEASE!

I will begin mixing oats next week. How many oats to food ratio?
I'm not sure the exact measurements, I just fill the feeder and throw in a few handfuls of oats. It doesn't have to be too precise. Just some. 😉

So it’s been warm in the days now 70s ish, and the ducklings love going outside to swim and play. I made a small chicken wire fence for them. This morning, It stunk so bad in our sunroom (where we keep them) that it took my breath away. They are about 2 weeks old now. The low temperature at night is anywhere From 50 to 60, but never below that. Next week the temps are rising and by Friday it’s in the 80s. Could they begin spending the day outside if I keep a heat lamp in the house?

Yeah I think so. Can you have some sort of hear source outside for them? They do start to get really stinky.

Not sureif i could get a heat source outside in their run, but i can definatley have one in the house. They seem to never be huddled or cold when they are outside so i think tgeyll be ok

I think they'll be fine too. Maybe bring them in every couple hours to warm up fir a few days, and gradually lengthen the time they stay out.

Good Idea. They have a little chicken wire fence that they like to go in, but I think ill switch to the pen tomorrow since its safer from predators. They will be outside most of the day with a heat lamp.

Sounds perfect!

They spent the night outside last night (temp never went below 50) and they seem to be just fine. I am happy that I no longer have to deal with the awful broooder mess!

That's great! The brooder does start to get really bad after a week or so. I'm glad you have them fully outside! They'll feather out much faster being outside too. It's really good for them.
