PLEASE HELP!!! Need to identify egg bound or constipation

She is still keeping her tail down. What else can I do? She definitely isn't egg bound or she would be dead, any ideas?
Being away from the flock she has lost her rank in the pecking order and will now have to find it anew. If she is a rather mellow hen, she might not fight for it, but accept the possibility of a lower rank.

Time will tell if she is having a reproductive disorder or not. Usually when their tail is down something is wrong. But hers is up in some of the pictures, but down in others. Her enlarged lower belly might be a clue to something like internal laying or fluid (ascites/water belly.) Those are common in hens over 2, so she is young to have that. There really is no way to diagnose her without a vet. Xrays and lab work are very expensive and not available to many. She may just be feeling tired or meek, from being separated. Keep her with her flock as much as possible. Note if her poop has any yellow urates, or otherwise abnormal. Keep checking her crop to make sure that it is emptying by early morning.

That's what I found looking online. Only issue is she keeps going of and laying down is that part of it?

Even though she is still laying down?

Is she walking okay, using both legs normally? Are either toes curled under? Are you using any vitamins? B complex 1/4 tablet daily is harmless and may help give a boost. When I had a hen who could not get up on a roost, I made a nest box on the floor of the main with some bedding. She would just roost and sleep there.
