PLEASE HELP!!! Need to identify egg bound or constipation

So her poops have been green which I believe is because she was eating alot of plants when she was out yesterday. I barely see anything yellow. I think she just caught a chicken cold of sorts without the coughing. I let her sleep in the garage since she can't get up and down the roost. Still keeping her tail down when she walks but when she sits she perks it up. She got up and is cleaning her feathers. Starting to look normal again

Ok I think I found the issue. She keeps limping. I think she hurt her leg hopefully the video will show. It explains why she couldn't get up to the roost and is always laying down. It definitely isn't broken but could be a sprain of sorts. Any ideas/treatments?

I think I would leave her alone and just observe for a few days.

She is getting up in the roost by herself now, still limping but definitely getting around. She was running from my rooster this morning so she is getting better.
