PLEASE HELP! NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS A ROOSTER....

Thank you to everyone who responded to my rooster question. I thought it was a he too. Just hoping. However I did find a local breeder who recently discovered the breed and was happy to swap me my roo for a pullet. Here's my new girl. Hope everyone's having a terrific day!

You got lucky, she is beautiful. Is that a Brabanter?

Yes she is. The woman told me she ordered 40 pullets and 5 roosters and only 3 turned out to be roosters. So she was glad to have my rooster and I was thrilled to have a female cream brabanter.

By the way, by the grace of God, they were also the same age.

That worked out great. I have a broody sitting on some Brabanter eggs right now. They are due to hatch on Tuesday. One cracked in the nest and she got up off them for a time (dont know how long) so might be a disaster but we shall see what happens.
