Please help new to hatching

Hello I am new to hatching chicks under my broody silkie. Last silkie had a very successful hatch but this batch the chicks seem to be struggling. One hatched day 19 and is healthy. Seconded pipped but after 30 hours if never made it out and died. Very sad wake up for our family. Another started around 1130pm and and doesn’t seem to have made it very far but is still peeping. I’m afraid of losing this one too. It looks like one other is just starting. Any suggestions, please?? I don’t want to lose anymore...

Hi there. I'm sorry you lost one of the chicks. It happens from time to time. You can try helping them but I suggest waiting 24 hours after pip before you do.
