Please help! 5 week old Guinea very lethargic and will not extend its necks all other birds 5 Guineas and 11 chicks very active and healthy

Apologies for the repost. Panicking a bit. My first post, didn't want it to get buried. Are the instructions on the bottle? Can I get it at tractor supply?

Hello thank you for your reply. I not to sure about her poo. I also have 5 other Guineas and 11 Chicks. All 5 weeks old, all the others are fine and active. Not sure which is hers. I did notice black poo that was thick (mucousy)

The black poo is normal, at least for the chickens. It happens several times a day, and stinks to high heaven. Cecal poop.

Check out symptoms for wry neck. Increase vitamins for that too.
