Please help! No response on first post. 5 week old Guinea lethargic and wont extend neck

Wry neck is caused by vitamin E defiecency, by the way.

This chick does not have wry neck. Or I do not know how someone could come to that conclusion based on a picture of a puffed up chick and a description that’s the chick isn’t extending her neck.
Not extending her neck means she’s puffed up and something is going on.
Bump up the vitamins, a lot of chick problems are caused by vitamin deficiencies.
Make sure she’s not being kept away from food and water or getting pecked on.
Does she have pasty butt?
Is there red in her stool (coccidosis)?

Nutridrench is good. Be aware it causes diarrhea after 5 consecutive days of use so you should take a break after 5.

Tractor Supply also sells Corid if you ever need it for coccidiosis. Keep a check for runny poo, as that is a symptom of it.

I'm sorry about your Keet. I don't know much about Guinea Fowl. I do see you got an answer in your other thread, maybe changing up the feed will help.

Like I say, I don't know much about them, but that hunched appearance is concerning to me.
Can you get a photo of the poop?
Is the crop emptying?

I agree, I would try Poultry Nutri-Drench to see if that helps.
