I don’t have anti-biotics, would dewormer help solve this?

If you want, you could try treating for a stuck soft shelled egg by giving her calcium at 50 mg per pound orally once or twice a day. The best calcium to use, IMO, is calcium gluconate or calcium citrate. If you don't have those you could give calcium carbonate or tums. Once you give the calcium, stick her in a bathroom till with steam on top of a heating pad set to low and leave her in There for several hours.

About bathing... I don't bathe mine because bathing them is often enough to kill them.

Okay thank you I will try that. She’s in the bathroom now acting way better already. She’s walking around and eating. Idk if it’s just the nutri drench making her feel better or what but I am worried about an infection

She might have worms, so it could help, but my gut feeling is she has an infection in her reproductive tract.
