that was on the bottom of un answered yesterday and asked to have it moved to Exhibition, Genetics, & Breeding to the SOP

That thread is taking off! And bringing in some of the serious breeder types!

lately ive just been gong through and replying to the ones that are somewhat urgent like injuries and stuff then recomening craigslist to everyone who wants to buy or sell stuff.... this thread needs to be featured...

But in the unanswered threadlist I haven’t seen posts from the 24th of June for a few days now. Are we still missing unanswered posts?

It was in emergencies/diseases and cures so no BST...

You know how there’s pinned threads in each forum. Would it be possible to have a thread pinned with members who are good at answering certain questions?

I know before someone had poster that xyz member was good at duck questions, another with guineafowl etc.

That way maybe we know who to tag in each question. I sometimes reply to people to “hug” or acknowledge that their post was read but I’m not experienced in some/most things and it would be nice to end my post with “hopefully @ can help you better” or something.

If we were to do that, I think the list would need to be "voluntary" per se, if one were to make a list and not include a person that thinks they are specialized in that field, they'd likely feel left out. A list where someone could add themselves to it, if they thought they might be able to answer a few questions would be better IMO, and nobodies feeling would be hurt.

I don't know, just my thoughts. We've discussed this a few times.

Someone could start a google sheet and everyone could enter their names and area of expertise.
